We sell boxes and padded envelopes for local pick-up only. We take all necessary precautions to ensure that everything inside the box or envelope is safe for you. The new pick-up location in Greenacres, FL, is conveniently located at 5000 Lake Worth Rd, Unit 508, in the Mindful Storage Warehouses facility. There is also an entrance on Haverhill Rd., a big L shaped property by the corner, with several businesses. Please note that this is a warehouse, and you wait at the open bay door, as there are no aisles to walk around.

Shipping, Returns, and Customer Service
I offer free shipping on many orders within the USA, and expedited delivery is available for an additional charge, please call for this. I do not ship Storm Panels, but offer custom cuts for each order with a waiting time of only a week. I have a strict policy regarding returns on opened factory-sealed items, so please be sure to check your measurements and Ask Questions before ordering. Any accepted returns incur a Restock Fee to cover the Transaction fee and original shipping costs for needless mistakes.
Please note that I do not accept credit cards over the phone, but happy to help you figure out any issues you may have ordering.
