Large Leg, as opposed to Small Leg, is the difference in the Width of the End Cap Leg, not the length of the hood lip. Both end cap legs are 2 1/2" Long.
Large Leg End Caps are 1-1/4" x 7/8" wide (for 8" to 14" end caps).
Small Leg End Caps are 15/16" x 5/8"wide (for 5" to 10" end caps).
