Rib Height Size of 2 1/4". These Aluminum Storm Panels are sold with Knurled Edges for Florida Code,... Hemmed is Texas code and Unavailable for pickup in Florida.

Shiny on one side, dull Mill Finish on opposite side. Lighter in weight than Galvanized Steel.

These Aluminum Storm Panels Meet Florida Building Code for High Velocity Hurricane Zones (HVHZ) #11969 - DWG# 15-049 and Non-HVHZ zones FL#11968 - DWG#15-044 

All Panels are Custom Cut to your specified Length, please call 561-255-1102 if you need a specific fractional sizing measurement or for longer than 104", we can cut them up to 20 feet if necessary, and at fractional half and quarter lengths, please call or email for price.

Wait time for custom panel orders is about 2 weeks.

Length is End to End, not hole to hole.

To figure out the correct panel size for existing stud measurements, add 2-1/4" to the On Center Length of the studs; EXAMPLE: 38"OC studs = 40-1/4" length panels

Overlap panels a minumum of 3" on all sides when possible for maximum protection.

Pricing; Full size 12" vs Half size 6" ; Half size panels are not half the price of the full size, they are actually 2/3 the surface area of the full size so they are only 1/3 less in price!!!

We do not have any random sizes in stock, sorry.
