Clamshell Awning Hinges, and Bahama Shutter Ceiling Hinge, Low Profile Flat Style, Both Male and Female Side, for Replacement or New Installations, we only ship cut lengths from 24" - 72", or you can arrange to pick-up the whole 20' piece rail of each side.
These are made of smooth lightweight Aluminum, Mill Finish Silver, 1/8" Thick

This is the male and female pieces specifically used for the Clamshell Awning vertical mounting, (it does not allow flush closed position for a flat Bahama Shutter when mounted vertical). This female flat hinge side accomodates the curved 20 degree bottom end of the Clamshell so it will close flush to the wall.
The large flat hinge is the house mount, with the hinge on the bottom, the small male hinge is the awning mount.
You need to pre-drill your mounting holes, there are none.

Unfortunately we must charge for shipping of this item outside of the southeast US, the odd size box and weight costs double and triple to ship elsewhere, there is no flate rate, sorry.
