These are made of smooth lightweight Aluminum, Mill Finish.
See Pic for exact Sizing. This listing is for the Female Flat hinge side only but the pics show it with the two different Male options for sizing/planning measurements.
This is the female piece specifically used for the Clamshell Awning house mounting side rail, (it does not allow flush closed position for a flat Bahama Shutter when mounted vertical). This female flat hinge side accomodates the curved bottom end of the Clamshell to close flush to the wall.
It is mounted with the female hinge side down, flat side up.
You can use the Bahama Top Male Hinge with this flat hinge as shown, but you still need to use a Clamshell type style awning as the turn radius is the same.
**this Female Flat Hinge can be used for Bahama Shutters as a Ceiling Hinge, see last 2 pictures.
Unfortunately we must charge for shipping of this item outside of the southeast US, the odd size box and weight costs double and triple to ship elsewhere, there is no flate rate, sorry.
