ON BOTH SIZES, the Shaft is 11 3/4" Long, with a 42mm Stainless Steel Ball Bearing in the middle, the Plastic caps are 2 1/4 Insert Length, Adjustment Length is between 2" to 6'' Apart on the shaft, a set screw tightens the caps.
