Unfortunately we must charge for shipping of this item outside of the southeast US, the odd size box and weight costs double and triple to ship elsewhere, there is no flate rate, sorry.
Each piece is cut to size perfect 90 Degree's on both ends, ends are also filed for sharp edges and painted, all you need to do is drill the 1/4" mounting holes.
Total mounting surface height is 3 3/8"...
*Headers are for the Top, you can't use a Storm Panel Header upside down as a bottom track, and you can't use 2 headers vertically on the sides to drop the panels in.
Coverage Chart; 12" panels are actually 13.375 inches wide, 12" is the Coverage Distance when overlapped with seperate panels on Both Sides! 6" panels are 8.332 inches Wide each.
