Plate Lock has green rubber coating on 1 side, center thru hole is 5/16-18 female thread, the 2 bottomed outer holes are 1/4-20 thread.
It is 2 inches Long, by 3/4 inch Wide, by 1/2 inch Thick. The Green Rubber Coating is molded to the Plate and does not come off.
The Saltwater Plate Lock is clearly marked HV (Hi- Velocity), meaning it is Better and Stronger than an Industrial Standard SAE Grade.
The HV Turn Knob is 5/16-18 male thread by 1 inch length, 18-8 Stainless Steel, and is Heavy Duty Nylon 1 1/4 inches in diameter, stronger than standard industrial grade.
