This adaptor is for all our Gears which have a Hex side hole, that you want to adapt to your Square Universal, (to change from square shaft to hex shaft without replacing the entire universal).
The Aluminum Alloy Coupler is 1" long, comes with four M4 set screws, and a 4" Hex Stub rod end that fits to the gear.
This is designed as a Square to Hex coupler, not a Hex to Square though you could do that if you had a piece of Square stub.
