How to size your parts;

Size #10 Screw is 1/8" in Diameter, Measured at flat threaded end.

Size #14 Screw is 3/16" in Diameter, measured at flat threaded end.

 

Size #10 Wheel Carriage - Stainless Steel Base is 5/8" wide by 1" between wheels, diamond diagonally 1 1/2". It has a 3/8" center hole. The Nylon Wheels are 7/8" in diameter. The total rolling width is 1 1/2", so the track it rolls in must be 1 3/4" for a tight fit.

 

Size #14 Wheel Carriage - Stainless Steel Base is 3/4" wide by 1" between wheels, diamond diagonally 1 5/8". It has a 1/2" center hole. The Nylon Wheels are 7/8" in diameter. The total rolling width is 1 1/2", so the track it rolls in must be 1 3/4" for a tight fit.
